Pricing & Billing
The Bumper Dashboard is free to use for unlimited shows and users, with limited features. We provide three months of historical data for podcasts on the Free plan, including episode-level data for episodes published within the last three months or, if no episodes have been published in that period, the five most recent episodes.
Upgrading to Pro gives you access to historical data, Bumper-exclusive metrics, and advanced data analysis tools. An Enterprise tier is also available upon request.
Only a podcast’s owner can upgrade it to Pro or downgrade it back to Free. The owner is either the person who originally added the show to the Bumper Dashboard, or, if the podcast is on a team, the Team Owner.
Navigate to Settings → Billing to manage per-show payments.
What’s included on the Pro Plan?
Pro access costs $50 per show, per month. This plan gives you full access to historical audience and episode-level data, Bumper-exclusive metrics that measure the long-term loyalty of your audience, and the “Compare” tool, which allows you to visualize metrics across your paid shows.
When you upgrade a show to Pro, you gain immediate access to these features. If you’re already paying monthly for access to the Bumper Dashboard, a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle will appear on your next invoice.
What’s included on the Enterprise Plan?
The Enterprise Plan is designed for large podcast networks or those requiring access to our API or MCP server. For more information, contact support@wearebumper.com
How do I downgrade a show back to Free?
A show’s owner can downgrade a show from Pro to Free at any time by selecting “Downgrade” under Settings → Billing or on the Settings tab of the podcast’s Dashboard page. Once you downgrade, you will maintain access to Pro features for the remainder of the billing period. Bumper does not offer partial refunds for plans downgraded between billing periods.
How do billing periods work?
When you upgrade your first show to Pro, you will be charged immediately, and then billed monthly moving forward.
You will only be billed once per month regardless of how many shows you upgrade and when. If you upgrade a second show in the middle of a billing period, you will be charged immediately but at a prorated amount for the remainder of that month. At the start of the next billing period, you’ll be charged at the full rate for the following month.
Why can’t I upgrade or downgrade a show?
Only a podcast’s owner can upgrade it to Pro or downgrade it back to Free. The owner is either the person who originally added the show to the Bumper Dashboard, or, if the podcast is on a team, the Team Owner.
