How does Spotify video impact my Spotify show-level and episode-level analytics?

It doesn't. Spotify provides the same data whether an episode includes video or is audio-only. The Dashboard doesn't distinguish between video and audio-only episodes on Spotify.

Why aren't my YouTube videos automatically connecting with the corresponding podcast episode?

The Bumper Dashboard is designed to automatically match YouTube videos to RSS podcast episodes. Bumper's matching algorithm is based on a similarity score that considers:

1. Episode and video titles
2. Episode and video durations
3. Episode and video publish dates

When our system has a high degree of confidence that a YouTube video matches an RSS episode, the video will be matched automatically. When our system is not confident it can make a match, users may manually select a YouTube video from the podcast's connected YouTube playlist via a searchable dropdown menu.

Double-check:

• Is your YouTube video part of the show's linked podcast playlist on YouTube?
• Does your episode on YouTube have the same episode title as it does on RSS? If your episode is titled differently on YouTube, you may need to connect it on the Bumper Dashboard manually.
